Minimum 7m internal head height, must be accessible at all hours
Flexible Lease Terms
Long term leases preferred however short term leases of 3 years or greater will be considered
Flat Land
Other than warehouses we also look for Car Parks, Fields and existing outdoor Sports Facilities
Near local transport
Must be within 10-minutes to either a bus stop or train station or have nearby parking available
Size
7,500 - 25,000 sq ft
Dense Urban Areas
Local population must exceed 100,000
